Return & Refund Policy – Baby Gear World

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full refund for the product price will be issued

  • The refund will be sent to your original payment method

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
